Our History

Established in Sydney during the 1980s, Happy Lams introduced fish balls, popular seafood and meat specialty products to the Australian market. 

For generations of Australians, Happy Lams has consistently delivered on their mission of producing delicious products of exceptional quality.

Our Philosophy

Following the traditions of Teochew cuisine, the Happy Lams range is famous for freshness and quality. Free of heavy seasoning, the products accentuate the natural flavours of the ingredients.

Happy Lams products are best served with favourite noodle soups, hot pots, stir-fry dishes, or barbequed/grilled as a snack.
